Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team in Ajman. This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1500 AED. We are willing to consider foreign applicants with at least 3 years of culinary experience and knowledge in international cuisine.

Job Responsibilities
-Develop and execute daily menu plans, including appetizers, main courses and desserts
-Order ingredients from approved suppliers as needed
-Ensure that all food served meets our high quality standards
-Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen area
-Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff members
-Ensure efficient kitchen operations by adhering to the set policies and procedures

Qualifications and Skills
-Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen setting
-Knowledgeable in international cuisine
-Excellent organizational, multitasking, problem solving and communication skills
-Ability to work well in a fast paced environment while still producing high quality dishes
-Flexible schedule with occasional evening or weekend shifts available
