Job Title: Barista
Location: Reef Al Fujairah City
Salary: 1000 AED/Month

Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Barista to join our team in Reef Al Fujairah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing coffee drinks, operating the espresso machines, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare coffee drinks, such as cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, and other specialty coffee drinks
• Operate the espresso machine to make hot beverages
• Ensure proper hygiene standards are maintained in the preparation of all beverages
• Comply with all food safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain a clean working area by wiping down countertops and restocking supplies
• Greet customers warmly and take orders in a friendly manner
• Upsell additional items such as pastries or snacks when appropriate
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure repeat business is generated

Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience as a Barista in a high-volume setting preferred; however we are willing to consider candidates with no work experience.
• Experience working with espresso machines preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of different types of coffee beans and brewing techniques preferred.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
