We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Musaffah. The successful candidate must have a broad understanding of surveying principles, as well as the ability to interpret technical data and develop comprehensive reports. We are offering a competitive salary of 1600 AED for this position and we are willing to consider an immigrant for the role.

To qualify for this role the candidate should have a degree in surveying or related field, with over 5 years of experience working in land surveyor role. The ideal candidate will be familiar with all modern survey equipment and related software, as well as with AutoCAD systems. They should also have excellent problem solving skills and be able to work under pressure in remote locations.

The primary responsibility of the Land Surveyor will be to use specialized equipment and technologies to measure, record and analyze land features within a given area. They will be expected to review plans, maps and legal documents related to surveys; prepare survey reports; ensure that data collected is accurate; carry out geodetic calculations; and provide advice on building plans or other projects which require surveying. In addition, they may also be responsible for conducting research into various land features or historical survey information; developing procedures for land management; preparing cost estimates; training less experienced staff members; monitoring safety regulations on-site; and ensuring compliance with local regulations when carrying out surveys.
