We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join Zayed City. The successful candidate must have an excellent understanding of surveying principles and techniques, as well as a keen eye for detail. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300. We are open to considering immigrants for this role.

The ideal candidate should have experience in working with GPS systems, AutoCAD software, and other surveying tools. They should also be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and have experience in reading technical plans and drawings.

The primary duties of the Land Surveyor will be to accurately measure points to map the land, prepare reports on the survey work, and analyse aerial photographs to draw maps. Other responsibilities include setting out boundaries and making adjustments when necessary, ensuring that data is accurately recorded, preparing maps according to clients’ specifications, and providing advice on land use issues such as property development or conservation.

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess a degree in surveying or related field such as Geomatics or Geography/Geology. In addition to this they should have at least two years’ experience working as a surveyor or in a related role. Knowledge of database management systems would also be beneficial but not necessary.

The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, have good problem-solving skills and be proficient using computers including AutoCAD software and GPS systems.
