Job Title: Surveyor
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1400 SAR/Month

We are looking for a Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying land and structures, monitoring site activities, and preparing reports.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in land surveying and mapping techniques. They should also have a good understanding of relevant legislation and regulations in the region. An understanding of the local language is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities include:

- Carrying out land surveys for planning, engineering and construction projects
- Utilizing specialist equipment such as GPS systems and laser scanners to measure distance, angles and elevations
- Examining maps, aerial photographs and other documents to determine the location of boundaries
- Preparing detailed reports on survey results and findings
- Monitoring activities at construction sites to check compliance with plans

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a surveyor or equivalent position
- Expertise in using surveying equipment such as GPS systems, theodolites and laser scanners
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in the region
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills both written and verbal

We are willing to consider applicants from outside Saudi Arabia who are willing to relocate. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
