Surveyor Vacancy - Riyadh

Job Summary:
We are currently looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The position is full-time and offers a salary of 1600. Foreigners are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys and measurements to ensure accurate mapping of land areas
• Analyze topographical data from aerial images, maps and other sources
• Prepare and review plans, maps, reports and legal descriptions of land
• Investigate property boundaries and analyze records such as deeds, titles and surveys
• Assist in the development of new methods to improve surveying accuracy
• Operate surveying equipment such as total station, GPS systems and other related devices
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations related to land survey activities

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years' experience as a Surveyor
• Proven knowledge of surveying principles, practices, methods & procedures
• Ability to interpret results & understand technical drawings

Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional Surveyor certification (PS) from a recognized body
• Proficient in using AutoCAD software & GIS programs such as ArcGIS • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
