Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacist to join our team in Riyadh. This position will be responsible for providing medication and other healthcare products to customers, ensuring their safety and accuracy. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, procedures, and regulations. They must also have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently. Job Duties:
• Provide medication and other healthcare products to customers per prescription or request
• Monitor medication stock levels, place orders as needed, and ensure that medications are stored correctly
• Advise patients on the correct dosage of prescribed medications as well as potential side effects
• Follow up with physicians regarding prescription refills
• Answer customer questions regarding medications and provide advice on how to use them safely
• Ensure adherence to pharmacy regulations including HIPAA and controlled substance laws
• Liaise with insurance companies regarding payment for medications
• Utilize pharmacy information system for data entry of prescriptions
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent required
• Licensed Pharmacist in Saudi Arabia or eligible for licensure required
• Current knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing pharmacy operations required
• Excellent customer service skills required
