The successful candidate should have knowledge of pharmaceutical preparation and dispensing techniques; they should be responsible for ensuring that all medications are handled in accordance with safety protocols and regulations. The pharmacist must also be able to provide advice on matters relating to medication including dosage information, side effects, interactions, etc., and answer questions from patients regarding their medications. Additionally, you should be comfortable using computer systems for order entry, data entry and maintenance of patient records.

We are looking for someone who has an excellent eye for detail and accuracy; who can work independently as well as part of a team; who is highly organized; has excellent communication skills; can work efficiently under pressure; and is able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification is essential for this role, as well as at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role or setting.
