Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our team in Riyadh. This position offers a competitive salary of 1300 and a potential to work for an immigrant.

The Waiter will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and strong multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers upon arrival and present them with menus
• Explain menu items to customers
• Take orders from customers and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages as per customer requests
• Refill any necessary items such as drinks or condiments
• Check that all items are served correctly with the correct condiments
• Remove soiled dishes from tables when guests have finished their meals
• Ensure that all diners are satisfied with their meals before leaving the restaurant
• Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner and resolve any issues quickly
• Process payments using POS systems or cash registers
• Clean tables after customers have left

Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress for at least 2 years in a restaurant setting
• Good knowledge of English language is preferred but not required
• Ability to remain calm under pressure when dealing with customers’ complaints or special requests
• Ability to multitask efficiently • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with POS systems is desired
