As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that guests have a pleasant dining experience. You will be expected to take orders, serve food and drinks, provide information about our menu items, clear tables when necessary, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and courteously, and attend to customer needs in a timely manner. Other tasks may include setting up tables, restocking supplies such as napkins or condiments when necessary.

The ideal candidate should have friendly communication skills and an understanding of how to deliver excellent customer service standards. You should also be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience as a waiter is preferred but not essential as we are willing to consider candidates without prior experience. You should possess basic math skills for handling cash transactions as well as knowledge of food safety practices and procedures. Bilingualism is desirable but not required for this role.
