As a Chef at our establishment, your main responsibility is to ensure the quality of all food served in our restaurant. You will be responsible for planning menus with an emphasis on fresh ingredients, creating new dishes to add variety to the menu and overseeing food preparation in collaboration with kitchen staff. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and stock control procedures.

To be considered for this position, we require at least 1 year of professional cooking experience or certification from a culinary school. You should also demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety standards is essential as well as proficiency in English communication skills.
