Position: Project Manager
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1100 QAR/ Month
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation and completion of projects within budget and timeline constraints.

The Project Manager will be expected to manage all aspects of the project including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation and reporting on progress. To ensure success, the ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and demonstrate excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed project plans that include work breakdown structures (WBS), timelines and risk assessments.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Provide direction to team members to ensure successful completion of projects on time and within budget.
• Track progress using appropriate tools and report any issues related to cost or timeline delays.
• Coordinate with internal departments for resources management, task assignments and quality assurance activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and provide solutions for successful project completion.
• Resolve conflicts among team members or between teams when necessary.
• Prepare reports on project status for presentation to senior management team or clients.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required • Previous experience working in project management roles is a plus • Proven ability to lead teams to accomplish goals within specified timelines • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) • Flexibility to travel when needed
