As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, as well as developing and implementing effective strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets. This includes identifying potential customers, researching their needs and interests, developing relationships with them, and then helping them purchase the right products or services that meet their needs. You'll also be responsible for motivating your team to reach their goals by providing them with feedback on performance, training opportunities and support.

To be considered for this role we require you to have a degree in sales or a related field from an accredited institution; 5+ years of experience leading sales teams; strong communication skills; knowledge of sales techniques; excellent problem-solving skills; the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM platforms; and the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
