Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily operations of the organization
- Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Coordinate training sessions for employees as needed
- Prepare reports on employee performance, attendance records, etc.
- Develop strategies to improve customer service standards and resolve customer complaints in an efficient manner

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required
- Proven experience as a supervisor or relevant role is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate team members and lead by example
