Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This position requires a motivated individual who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of food quality and hygiene standards. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service.

Requirements for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining environment. They must possess strong leadership skills, be able to manage staff effectively, be familiar with POS systems, have knowledge of food sanitation regulations, and have a good understanding of budgeting and financial management. Additionally, they must demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills and fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
