Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and talented Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, from planning menus to overseeing staff and ensuring customer satisfaction.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing a marketing strategy to attract customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Managing the restaurant staff, including recruiting, training and scheduling employees
• Ensuring the quality of food is maintained at all times
• Overseeing the financial management of the restaurant – setting budgets, analysing profits and losses, etc.
• Creating a pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant by maintaining cleanliness standards and providing excellent customer service
• Handling customer complaints in a professional manner
• Ensuring compliance with health regulations.

The ideal candidate should have:
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry or hospitality industry
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of health regulations
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Salary: 1400 AED per month (foreigners considered).
