Construction Manager Vacancy – Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of commercial and residential buildings from start to finish.

Job Description:

• Oversee all aspects of the construction project, including design, budgeting, scheduling, quality control and safety management.
• Manage a team of contractors and subcontractors while providing direction and instructions to ensure that the project is completed in a timely manner with maximum efficiency.
• Monitor progress on site, conducting regular inspections to ensure that the project is running on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.
• Prepare reports on progress and provide updates to stakeholders as necessary.
• Provide leadership during problem solving situations that may arise during construction.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive pricing on materials and services needed for the project.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field from an accredited college or university
• 5+ years’ experience in managing construction projects from start to finish
• Proven track record in successfully completing projects within budget and on schedule
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English language • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment • Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, laws etc • Willingness to relocate if required • We are ready to consider immigrant candidates
