Job Title: Barista
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1500 QR/month

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee and have a keen eye for detail. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve specialty coffees and beverages such as cappuccinos, lattes, mochas, espressos etc.
• Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistent quality of drinks served
• Take orders from customers and process payments accurately
• Ensure cleanliness, organization and maintenance of equipment used
• Ensure all work areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
• Provide excellent customer service in order to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Follow health, safety and hygiene regulations at all times

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a barista preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to remain professional under pressure
• Passion for coffee and the drive to learn more about it
