Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Salesman to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position will be responsible for driving sales by understanding customer needs, developing relationships, and closing sales. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills as they will be engaging with customers both in person and over the phone.

Requirements for Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the food industry. They should also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as the ability to actively listen and ask probing questions to identify customer needs. The successful candidate should also be highly organized with good time management skills and have a positive attitude with the ability to work independently or in a team environment. A valid driver’s license is also preferred but not required.

Duties:
The Salesman’s main duties include but are not limited to: developing relationships with current customers; actively seeking out new customers; responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner; providing accurate information about products and services; closing sales by demonstrating value; exploring additional opportunities with existing customers; following up on leads from marketing campaigns; maintaining accurate records of sales activities; ensuring customer satisfaction; and developing strategies to increase sales.
