We are looking for a Cashier to join our team in Al-Kuwait and handle all cash-related transactions. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in cashiering, be able to work independently and handle a large customer base. This position comes with a salary of 900 per month, and we would strongly consider hiring an experienced foreign applicant.

As the Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service; processing payments, returns and exchanges; counting and recording amounts of money; verifying credit card transactions; maintaining records of purchases and sales; collecting cash payments; preparing daily reports; reconciling discrepancies between sales receipts and cash drawer totals; operating the scanners, scales, calculators, cash registers, etc.; ensuring compliance with safety regulations; properly handling credit cards; cleaning the checkout areas regularly. You should also possess strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.

We are looking for an experienced candidate who is organized, detail-oriented and has good math skills. You must possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong written/oral communication abilities. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role as well as a valid driver’s license or other form of identification. Previous experience in cashiering is preferred but not required if the applicant can demonstrate their ability to learn quickly on the job.
