Machine Operator Position

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator for our Al-Kuwait facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of machines and equipment to manufacture parts and products.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in operating machines and should be able to think quickly and make decisions in a timely manner. The ability to troubleshoot problems and identify solutions is essential.

Responsibilities:
• Set up, operate and maintain a variety of machines including lathes, milling machines, drill presses, grinders, etc.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the correct set-up of the machine.
• Monitor the machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjust settings as necessary.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance on the machine as needed.
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems associated with the machine operations.
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed at all times.
• Keep accurate records of production data such as parts produced, time taken for each job, etc.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in operating machines is required (lathes, milling machines, drill presses).
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings accurately is essential.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to machine operation is preferred but not required.
