Fitter - Hawalli, Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Fitter to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. The salary for this position will be 1200 KD/month. We are ready to consider applicants who are immigrants.

The Fitter will work with a team of technicians and engineers to maintain and repair mechanical equipment throughout the facility. The successful candidate should be able to follow directions, understand technical drawings and diagrams, and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Specific responsibilities include:
• Inspecting mechanical equipment for potential problems
• Assembling and installing new mechanical systems
• Troubleshooting existing mechanical systems
• Repairing and replacing parts on mechanical systems
• Performing routine maintenance on mechanical equipment
• Documenting all work performed on mechanical systems
• Communicating regularly with technicians and engineers about progress on projects

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience as a fitter or similar position
• Ability to read technical drawings and diagrams
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
