They should be able to analyze each client's individual needs and preferences while recommending suitable treatments. In addition, they should maintain a clean work area at all times, ensuring that hygiene standards are met throughout the entire salon. They should also have the ability to keep accurate records of treatments provided as well as stock levels and supplies used throughout the day.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working as a beautician in a similar environment. They must possess relevant qualifications in beauty therapy or related field, with knowledge of current beauty trends desirable but not essential. They should also have excellent interpersonal skills with an eye for detail when it comes to providing quality services for clients.
