Job Title: Supervisor

Salary: 1200/month

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position offers salary of 1200/month and we are ready to consider a foreigner for the role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as strong leadership qualities. This person should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team of colleagues.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule and efficiently.
• Investigating customer complaints, resolving issues and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, performance, and disciplinary action taken.
• Developing new strategies to improve quality and efficiency within the organization.
• Collaborating with management to create an environment that encourages productivity and staff development.
• Assisting with hiring and training new employees when needed.
• Actively participating in staff meetings, providing input on projects and objectives.

We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy.
