Position Overview
Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced Supervisor with a passion for excellence who is able to take initiative and be an effective leader within our organization. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time while meeting customer expectations and company standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills as well as knowledge of best practices in the industry in order to ensure that customer satisfaction remains at its highest level.

Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations within the organization and oversee staff performance
• Develop procedures and processes related to operational performance
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to customer service
• Monitor customer feedback and provide solutions when needed
• Develop strategies for improving operational efficiency
• Evaluate staff performance regularly and provide feedback as needed
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols
• Handle customer inquiries in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction


Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field preferred but not required
• Proven experience working in a supervisory role within a similar industry preferred but not required
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to manage relationships across departments effectively
• Strong problem solving skills including ability to identify root causes of issues quickly • Ability to work independently without direct supervision or guidance • Ability to lead by example and inspire others around them • Fluency in English (verbal & written) • Willingness to consider an immigrant is preferred
