Job Description:
We are looking for a Waiter to join our team in Jeddah! As part of the restaurant's staff, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our guests feel welcomed in a warm, friendly and inviting atmosphere. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages to customers, and providing additional services such as wiping down tables or refilling beverages. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that all customers have an enjoyable dining experience.

Job Responsibilities:
• Greeting guests with a warm smile and providing them with menus
• Taking orders accurately and delivering them to the kitchen staff in a timely manner
• Serving food and drinks to guests according to their orders
• Preparing tables for guests by setting up utensils, plates, glasses, etc.
• Answering questions regarding menu items or other inquiries from guests
• Accepting payments from guests and returning change if necessary
• Wiping down tables after each guest leaves
• Replenishing beverages as needed throughout the shift
• Maintaining cleanliness of the dining area throughout the shift
• Assist other restaurant staff with tasks when necessary

Requirements:
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and holidays if needed
• Excellent knowledge of English language is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic preferred but not required
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Should have excellent customer service skills
