We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Barista to join our team in Jeddah. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving beverages to our customers. Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and prepare beverages according to their specifications
- Maintain knowledge of current menu items and their ingredients
- Follow all safety standards in the preparation of drinks
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Ensure accuracy in cash handling and credit card transactions
- Follow food safety protocols when handling food products
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or similar role preferred
- Passion for coffee and tea flavors, brewing techniques, trends, etc.
- Ability to work quickly under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask efficiently and effectively
