Truck Driver Job in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a Truck Driver to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced or inexperienced driver with a salary of 1700. We are open to hiring a foreigner for the position.

Requirements:
• Must have a valid driving license
• Good knowledge of relevant regulations, laws and safety practices
• Experience driving large commercial trucks is preferred but not required
• Must be physically fit and able to lift items up to 50 lbs
• Excellent knowledge of different routes in Abu-Dhabi
• Ability to work on flexible schedules
• Ability to follow instructions and take direction from supervisors

Responsibilities:
• Load and unload cargo onto trucks with care and efficiency
• Comply with all relevant truck driving regulations, laws and safety protocols at all times
• Adhere to scheduled delivery times and maintain accurate records of routes taken, fuel consumption, miles driven etc.
• Regularly inspect vehicle components such as tires, brakes, lights etc. prior to trips
• Report any mechanical problems encountered during trips

Skills & Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is desired but not mandatory • Must have excellent communication skills both verbal & written • Possess strong problem solving skills combined with common sense approach • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Positive attitude towards work • Must pass Drug/Alcohol screening test prior to employment
