Office Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1300 AED/Month

We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be able to manage various tasks and projects while working independently, as well as collaborate with other departments. We are also willing to consider a foreign candidate for this role if they have the necessary skills and experience.

Requirements:
β€’ Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
β€’ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office management role
β€’ Previous experience in the UAE is a plus
β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β€’ Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
β€’ Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google applications (Gmail, Calendar, Docs)
β€’ Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:
β€’ Manage office supplies inventory; order and monitor office supplies as needed
β€’ Organize office operations including filing systems, record keeping and contract management
β€’ Develop procedures for record keeping; implement filing systems
β€’ Prepare reports by collecting information from various sources
β€’ Monitor daily operations of the office; provide general administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents etc.
β€’ Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office
