Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Management or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Experience working with multicultural teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Good understanding of business processes and management systems

Tasks:
• Supervising staff on a daily basis to ensure they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
• Monitoring staff performance and providing feedback regularly.
