Cashier vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE for unskilled worker
We are looking for an experienced Cashier to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must possess excellent customer service and organisational skills as well as strong written and oral communication skills. Reporting to the Manager, the Cashier will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth flow of transactions.
The job description of the Cashier will involve taking payments from customers, processing credit cards, issuing receipts, reconciling and balancing cash registers at the end of shift. The successful candidate will also be required to assist in keeping the store clean, tidy and well stocked as well as ensuring that all products are priced correctly. Additionally, they will be expected to help with any other tasks related to their job duties as assigned by their supervisor or manager.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role and possess strong numerical skills with an accuracy in cash handling. They must have good organizational skills and be able to work independently or with minimal supervision. Being fluent in both English and Arabic is also preferred but not essential.
We offer a salary of 1600 AED/month (plus benefits) for this position and are open to consider foreign candidates if they meet the criteria mentioned above.
