Job Title: Accountant
Location: Ajman, UAE
Salary: 1500 AED
Job Description:
We are looking for an Accountant to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.

This position requires a degree in accounting or a related field, as well as excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in all aspects of accounting, including financial statement preparation and tax filing. The ability to work with minimal supervision is also essential.

The Accountant’s primary responsibilities include:

- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Analyzing financial data and ensuring accuracy of financial reports
- Reconciling accounts and preparing trial balances
- Preparing tax returns, filing documents with appropriate agencies, and responding to inquiries from government authorities
- Ensuring compliance with all local laws, regulations, and policies related to accounting procedures
- Developing internal control systems to ensure accuracy of financial reports

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in the same role or similar
- Knowledge of GAAP principles
- Excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
