We are looking for a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects while ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong problem-solving abilities. They should also have an eye for detail and an understanding of how to effectively manage resources.

Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans, define project scope, goals, deliverables, tasks and resource requirements
• Monitor project progress and performance
• Identify potential risks or issues and develop strategies to address them
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule or cost
• Track project milestones and deliverables
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
• Prepare reports on project progress for upper management
• Provide guidance to team members when needed
• Ensure projects comply with quality standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role (3+ years) • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • Analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude • Outstanding communication skills • A solid understanding of budgets • Knowledge of relevant software (e.g., MS Project) • Must be a foreigner based in Umm-al-Qaiwain with valid residency visa • Fluency in English is required
