Umm-al-Qaiwain based company is looking for a reliable Office Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the office and its staff with a wide variety of administrative tasks. The Office Assistant will interact with colleagues, customers and other visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and be highly organized with an attention to detail. They should possess excellent knowledge of office procedures and systems as well as proficiency in MS Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
The key responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: responding to customer inquiries; managing incoming emails; filing, photocopying and collating documents; scheduling meetings; coordinating travel arrangements; preparing documents for presentations or reports; managing calendars; taking minutes at meetings; maintaining records in hard copy or electronic filing systems; handling confidential information with discretion.
