Office assistant job in Jabal-Ali UAE for unskilled workers


We are currently looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Jabal-Ali. The successful candidate will be expected to provide excellent administrative and clerical support to the office and its staff.

Job Description:
The Office Assistant will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks related to office operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering phones, filing documents, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, interacting with customers and other duties as assigned.

Demands for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation is required
• Must be able and willing to work in Jabal-Ali
• We are also ready to consider foreigners for this position

Salary: 1100 AED/month
