Sales Manager - El-Fujairah

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, devising strategies to increase sales and profits, and developing customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
• Devise strategies to increase sales and profits
• Monitor performance of sales staff, providing training and support where necessary
• Develop customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Negotiate favorable terms of contracts with customers
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and other relevant data
• Create promotional materials to advertise products or services

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in sales management
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to analyze data and draw insights from it
• Good negotiation skills; able to close deals quickly and effectively
• Aptitude for problem-solving

Salary: 1200 AED per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner.
