Sales Manager job vacancy in El-Ain UAE


El-Ain is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for driving sales performance in the company. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to effectively lead a team and increase overall sales revenue.

The successful candidate will be expected to analyze data, create and implement sales strategies, develop customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure that all performance standards are met. Additionally, the Sales Manager must be able to motivate their team by communicating goals clearly, setting expectations and providing feedback on performance.

The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, with the ability to negotiate contracts with customers as well as develop pricing strategies that meet profitability goals. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Moreover, the ability to speak a second language is advantageous but not mandatory.
