Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Ras-al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1700 AED per month
Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience required

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate should have at least 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the same industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies while managing relationships with existing clients and prospecting new business opportunities. The successful Sales Manager will report to the head of the department and will be responsible for meeting monthly targets.

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Developing and managing sales plans for existing customers as well as new prospects.
• Creating customer profiles to analyze customer needs and develop effective strategies to meet them.
• Monitoring customer feedback and adjusting plans accordingly.
• Negotiating pricing, delivery dates, and other terms with customers.
• Establishing strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service before, during, and after the sale.
• Managing a team of sales representatives by setting goals and providing guidance on how to achieve those goals.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1700 AED per month (plus commission).
