Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Jabal-Ali, Dubai
Salary: AED 1300 per month

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Jabal-Ali, Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and driving the sales team in achieving their goals while also increasing market share. This role will require the successful candidate to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies in order to grow market share and increase revenue
• Manage relationships with existing customers while also prospecting new business opportunities
• Monitor sales team performance, provide feedback, and set targets
• Analyse customer needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs
• Prepare reports on sales performance/metrics for management review
• Create promotional materials such as brochures, flyers etc. to support the marketing efforts of the organisation

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven track record of success in a similar role within a sales environment
• Excellent understanding of customer segmentation and marketing concepts
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation
• Ability to think critically, problem solve, negotiate and close deals effectively
