Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for leading the kitchen staff in achieving the highest standards of food quality and presentation. This position offers a salary of 1000 and we are open to considering foreign candidates.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent role in the hospitality industry. You should be passionate about creating high-quality dishes that meet customer expectations. You must have excellent organizational skills and be able to lead by example to ensure smooth operations on the kitchen floor. In addition, you should possess good communication skills with both customers and staff members alike.

Responsibilities:
As an Executive Chef you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team in the execution of all dishes from start to finish. Your duties include menu planning; ensuring that all ingredients are fresh; developing new recipes; maintaining hygiene standards; overseeing kitchen operations; supervising staff members; resolving customer complaints; ordering supplies; monitoring costs; and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations. You may also participate in training activities or assist in food promotions when needed.
