Executive Chef - Haur-Fakkan

Job Description:
• Lead the kitchen team in creating delicious dishes, as well as organize food production schedules
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality control
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as necessary
• Keep up to date with industry trends
• Manage staff rosters, training, and performance evaluations

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Previous experience leading kitchen teams successfully
• Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
• Strong communication skills to interact with both customers and staff members
