Reef Al Fujairah City is looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100, and we are open to considering immigrant candidates.

The Executive Chef will oversee the hotel's culinary operations, including kitchen management and staff supervision. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a 5-star hotel or similar environment.

The Executive Chef must be able to develop and implement creative menu items that will appeal to a wide range of customers. They must also have strong organizational skills to ensure all kitchen tasks are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to manage a large team of chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff members effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
-Develop creative menus and recipes that meet customer needs
-Supervise all kitchen staff members
-Ensure food safety protocols are met
-Manage all food purchasing
-Manage inventory of all ingredients
-Monitor quality control of all food items served
-Train new kitchen staff as needed
-Ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed

Qualifications:
