We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic landscape surveyor to join our team in Haur-Fakkan, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in land surveying, as well as the theoretical knowledge and qualifications necessary for the role. The position offers an attractive salary of 1200 AED per month. We are also open to consider immigrants who meet all other requirements.

The primary responsibilities of this role are to accurately measure, record and store data related to land surveys, as well as develop detailed maps and plans of survey sites. This includes conducting field surveys, analyzing data collected from various sources such as aerial photography, topographical maps and GPS systems, preparing written reports on survey findings, recommending changes or improvements to existing surveys, and adhering to all safety regulations while conducting work in the field.

The successful candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret survey measurements accurately as well as read and understand technical engineering/land surveying diagrams. They must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in order to complete projects on time. Additionally, they should possess good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing. A valid driving license is necessary for this role.

We are looking for candidates who hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying (or related field). Candidates must also possess a valid surveying license from the local governmental body (if required). Previous experience working with surveying equipment such as total stations is highly desired but not mandatory.
