Job Description:
Land Surveyor – Bani Yas City

We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Bani Yas City. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and other features of land and water. They will use specialized equipment such as theodolites, levels, and total stations to measure angles, distances, and elevations. The Land Surveyor will also interpret survey data and prepare maps, diagrams, and reports.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys of land to determine boundaries and features of areas of land
• Utilize specialized equipment such as total stations, theodolites, levels etc. to measure angles, distances, and elevations
• Interpret survey data to create maps of land for legal documents
• Prepare diagrams and reports on land surveys
• Collaborate with other staff such as engineers or geologists on projects
• Follow safety protocols when conducting surveys in potentially hazardous areas

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional surveying role
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficient with AutoCAD systems or GIS software

Salary: 1600 AED per month
