Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Truck Driver to join our team in El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated professional with excellent communication and customer service skills. The successful applicant will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently from point A to point B using a large truck.

Responsibilities:
- Inspecting vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
- Loading, unloading, securing, and unsecuring cargo
- Complying with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
- Documenting and logging work/rest periods and kilometers spent driving
- Collecting delivery instructions from appropriate sources
- Overseeing condition of the vehicle and supplies such as gas/oil, water etc.
- Reporting defects, accidents or violations

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Truck Driver or other related experience
- Valid professional driver’s license (Class A)
- Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly is necessary; may include overnight stays away from home
- Good organizational and time management skills; ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations is required; foreign driver’s license is an advantage
