Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Civil Engineer will be responsible for developing engineering plans, designs and drawings in accordance with municipal and safety regulations. They will assist in managing projects from conception to completion while monitoring progress against budgets and specifications. They will also be required to liaise with contractors, consultants, community members and other personnel involved in the project to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role you should possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification as well as several years' experience working on civil engineering projects. You should also have knowledge of construction materials, methods and regulations as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

Skills:
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills both verbal and written. You should have strong computer proficiency including working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software packages for design purposes. A valid driver's license is also required for this position along with full authorization to work in Riyadh if you are an immigrant candidate.
