Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and well-qualified Pharmacist to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality pharmaceutical care services, including prescription filling, patient advice and drug information. As a professional healthcare provider, the Pharmacist must possess excellent clinical knowledge and interpersonal skills to interact with customers in a respectful and friendly manner.

The ideal candidate should be a certified Pharmacist who has experience working with patients and in a pharmacy setting. They must be familiar with the appropriate regulations, processes, and procedures related to the dispensation of medications. This position requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities and Duties
The Pharmacist’s primary responsibility is to ensure that all medication orders are accurate, complete, and dispensed properly. This includes verifying prescriptions for accuracy, ensuring appropriate dosages for each patient’s condition, checking for drug interactions or allergies, communicating with physicians regarding prescriptions when necessary, maintaining accurate records of all medications filled or dispensed, as well as providing customer service.

In addition to these duties, the Pharmacist is also responsible for keeping up-to-date on new drugs and their uses; participating in professional development activities; providing health education materials; maintaining inventory control systems; managing staff performance; engaging in marketing activities; and adhering to industry protocols related to the safe handling of medications.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or related field required
• Certifications from relevant governing body (e.g., Saudi Commission for Health Specialties) preferred
• Strong understanding of medical terminology
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
• Familiarity with pharmacy regulations related to dispensation of medications
• Good organizational skills

Salary & Benefits
The salary package for this position is 1100 SAR per month plus benefits (e.g., health insurance).
