Needs for the Candidate:

• Relevant experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen setting, preferably with experience of working with international cuisine.
• Extensive knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients and equipment.
• An excellent sense of taste and smell, as well as knowledge of nutrition and diets.
• Excellent customer-service skills, as well as the ability to supervise junior staff members.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends when required.
