Executive Chef – Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy and vibrant city, with a competitive salary of 1000 SAR per month.

Job Description:
The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff and ensuring the smooth running of operations in the kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing menus, supervising preparation of dishes, maintaining high quality standards, overseeing health and safety regulations, training staff, controlling inventory and food costs. The Executive Chef will also be required to develop innovative recipes and use local ingredients in order to create dishes that represent the region’s culture.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Culinary Arts or related field
• 5+ years experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef
• Excellent knowledge of local cuisine and regional ingredients
• Ability to manage kitchen staff efficiently and effectively
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
