Executive Chef
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing our kitchen, creating menus and overseeing staff. You must have a passion for cooking and creating innovative dishes, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the kitchen staff, including hiring and training employees.
• Design innovative menus with a focus on traditional cuisine.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
• Ensure that all food is prepared according to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor food quality and portion control to reduce waste.
• Create cost-effective menus that maximize profits while providing excellent customer service.
• Develop systems and procedures to ensure smooth operations of the kitchen.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or resort setting.
• Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, equipment, and processes.
• Ability to manage a team of kitchen personnel efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Working knowledge of health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment (e.g., HACCP). • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. • Outstanding communication skills with customers, vendors, colleagues, and subordinates alike. • Creative approach with a flair for developing delicious dishes with international flavors. • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments is essential!
Salary: 1500 SAR/monthly (negotiable depending on experience). We are ready to consider foreigners for this position too!
